Wouldn't recommend very dirty! Front staff when we arrived was very nice and fun . Rooms were discussing toilets looked like they were never cleaned, floor was dirty, furniture was dusty. We went down at 9 am no oatmeal, eggs were cold, no bananas donuts, muffins were baby size and not even sure what kind as they had poppy seeds on them, and no yogurt ( all these are usually at a hotel breakfast), not much room to get around to elevator with a cart, small elevator . Pool chlorine which smelled like bleach was so strong it burnt our eyes and it even faded our bathing suits. Pool was very disgusting. We asked to have a room set aside for our friends that were coming by us but they were put in handicap room on the first floor right beside the pool. After they said they would put them by us. We were on the 3rd floor. Our soap dispensers were empty, no laundry bag in room, microwave had a big dent in it and the refrigerator wouldn't stay cold. Room was very hot the thermostat couldn't have been accurate. The whole hotel was very warm.

The hotel was nice, but there were some on-going updates in the room I was in. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Limited parking, good location with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Don’t stay here! This hotel is terribly outdated and dirty. The beds are horrendous. This hotel hasn’t been updated in 30 years. The bathrooms are disgusting and the air units don’t work. I truly can’t believe Hilton allows them to use the name.

Facilities were a little bit older, and some of the features did not work properly, like the light switch in our room. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Good hotel in a pinch.

We were in town to visit our grandkids. Hampton Inn was perfect for this. We didn't spend much time there but the hotel was clean and offered a nice breakfast. A good value for a quick overnight stay.

Only stayed here b/c of being across the street from the Nutter Center where I attended a show. Being a Hilton Diamond I was very disappointed. Staff was friendly but the hotel needs some serious updating. The bathroom was disgusting with stains in toilet and tiles coming apart.

This may be the last Hampton Inn not renovated yet. It was dark and dated, and in desperate need of maintenance. Our room listed 2 queen beds, but the beds were no larger than full beds. The mattresses were okay, though not great, but the pillows were lumpy. The whole room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. The curved shower rod stuck out and the door hit it on the way in. The TV was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel in years, and there was no TV channel guide anywhere. It wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t access any good movies or shows. The second night we were there the elevator broke down. When we visited the pool, we had to request towels (but they did bring them quickly). The breakfast had a lot of choices, but the flavor was not good. Parking lot is shared with a hotel next door and though not awful, could be better. Overall, just not a great stay. Would not recommend.
