We arrived late at night-10pm after spending all day in car so we didn’t report issues as we were exhausted. Dead bug, large cobweb behind sitting chair, tub brown, room dark and dingy, box springs yellow and pink stains-large

It was okay to stay here a couple of days. Location was close to restaurants and to the Air Force Museum and is amid other hotels. The room could have used some deep cleaning and the bathroom and toilet definitely needed a good scrubbing.

The property needs a serious upgrade and renovation. The rooms are so dusty non of us could sleep all weekend due to being so congested . Honestly the rooms are falling apart I.e walls had holes in them, ceiling needed to be repaired, ice machines we are all broken. On the outside the parking lot needs re-done and hotels nearby are abandoned. This Hotel is not a franchise but rather owned my an individual and you definitely can tell. Save your money and stay elsewhere. This place was not up to par.

The bathroom was very dirty. I didn’t even want to take a shower. I’m used to a more comfortable bed at Hampton hotels also. I most likely would not book here again.

I found a bed bug this morning crawling on my hand in bed. I wrapped it in a napkin and quietly took it down to the front desk. Man at the desk confirmed that was a bed bug. He offered help and comped the room for the weekend. I was happy with his help but not happy about the bug. Now I’m spending the rest of my evening washing and disinfecting all my stuff

Hotel was adequate but dated, needs a remodel. Complimentary breakfast was substandard, eggs were softer than they should have been, home fried potatoes were undercooked and crunchy. We were not there long enough to have needed housekeeping. The tub drain was semi-clogged, we were standing in water up to our ankles by the time our shower was finished. Several fast food places within walking distance. The hotel needs more parking, finding a parking place was difficult with the high occupancy we saw (both the Dayton ham fest and local graduations were going on that weekend).

A lot of maintenance and cleanliness issues. Very run down hotel to be a Hampton Inn especially for $164 a night . When entering the room the thermostat was set on 55 degrees, we had to turn on the heat and leave for a while to let the room warm up . It was freezing

Great stay - clean room.

The Hampton Inn rooms weren't as clean as they shoulve been. We didnt have any soaps in our bathroom and we had chip crumbs and a lid to a can of Pringles (im guessing) still on the floor no bags for laundry in closet and spots on the mirrors so, not to standard.
