Check in was smooth, the attendant was very polite. All of the staff was very polite and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of days.

Quiet

The staff were some of the best around! Everyone was kind and courteous… from the front desk staff, to the breakfast attendants, to the housekeeping and maintenance staff… everyone was wonderful.

This property is a bit tired and in need of a renovation. It appeared that our room had been given a superficial update several years ago, but the doors, tub, etc appeared to be original with years of wear and tear. Hotel is close to chain dining, and shopping options as well as Wright State U and freeway access. I had been spoiled recently at a few other Hampton Inn locations around the country where I felt the value exceeded the price paid - with this property I got what I paid for... Hotel staff was friendly and responsive however I would not return to this property unless I confirmed in advance that it had been fully renovated. Would spend a few more $ or drive a bit further to get a fresher room.

For starters we chose this hotel for the breakfast but there was hardly anything down there the room had cobwebbs and did not appear to be clean.

The staff was fantastic. Nuce quiet place. Good complimentary breakfast. And a pool! I will def stay there again! The bed was super comfy too!!

The hotel employees were very accommodating and friendly. Our room’s sheets did not appear cleaned and new ones were requested which I was told I had to change the sheets! As there was no one to do so. Not cool. Carpet had crumbs near sofa. Elevator was very dirty. Eating area was kept nice. Appreciate the hand wipes by the front desk.
