Room was not cleaned, hair in the bed, trash not emptied, was missing sheets when we arrived etc. Overall terrible experience.

The breakfast was amazing. The lady who worked it friday morning was just a terrible person, other than that, it was a great stay

The hotel is good. They are working to make renovations and continue to care for their place. The entry was closed making the side entrance the main entrance and that made using carts difficult (however this is temporary). The bed was hard and the shower slow to drain but overall it was nice, clean, and safe. These qualities are what is most important when I travel.

Good location for our trip to Beavercreek. We had a very friendly attendant in the breakfast room on the first morning we were there. She was very attentive and friendly. However on the second morning the atmosphere changed not for the better. The bins of food were empty and it didn’t seem like they were going to be filled. Finally an attendant very grudgingly microwaved some egg omelettes to refill the bins. Not friendly at all. There was also a very friendly maid who was very concerned about the condition of our room.

I was seated on the bench, along with my husband and another friend, in the front entrance area of the hotel, and the bench collapsed sending us all falling backwards. My right wrist was sprained. I filed an accident report with the hotel at that time. I assumed that personnel would be concerned about the accident and respond appropriately. However, after contacting the hotel several times to resolve this issue, I have been simply ignored, receiving no adequate response.

The bathroom is so small that cannot avoid bumping to the toilet. Bathtub doesn't drained quick enough end standing in a pool of dirty water. Stained shower head & tub corner won't give you a clean feeling. This room is mediocre and certainly doesn't measure up to previous Hampton Inn standard. The only bright spot is the breakfast room, with a meticulous attendant keeping food fresh and supplies ample while cleaning tables & area spotless. She should be commended for her grace & attentiveness.

Hampton Inn is our travel choice. Our room was better than most others, but beginning to show wear in the bathroom and carpet. I would still recommend it over nearby competition. Some wear was evident in hallways, elevator and dining area. Guest relations was always excellent and what you expect from Hampton. I would still stay there again.

The main issue was at check in when my daughter had ordered 2 queens for our room and we were told we were getting a king for 2 women and a child to sleep in. She immediately told the managing guy he did get us a room with 2 queens. However, my beds mattress kept sliding of the bed and there was a piece of medal sticking out from the mattress that kept hitting my leg.

Everyone we met from the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife inadvertently left her bathing suit in our room. I contacted the hotel and they informed me they had it. They also made arrangements to ship it to us. I cannot thank them enough.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, as we got in to town just a little before check in but our room was ready so he was more than happy to check us in. Room was well stocked with towels and very clean. Hotel was quiet and we slept great. Hot breakfast was so nice, breakfast attendant and front desk attendant were there and very friendly, keeping the area well stocked and clean. Close proximity to several restaurants, shopping and the college. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have any time this stay to swim. We will choose this hotel again if we need one in this are!
