Staff friendly and fast respon

Public facilyty need inprof,

El personal intentaba ser amable aunque no se enteraban de nada. A todo decían que si solo por ser amables y luego no lo hacían. Después de insistir nos dieron algunas cosas que faltaban. Mosquitos eléctricos, papel higiénico, gel. De todo. Las habitaciones no están mal.

Hotel en un emplazamiento aparado. Lejos de todo y difícil de llegar a todos los sitos. Habitaciones en medio de la naturaleza. Es mas un camping que un hotel. No es un edificio. Faltaba de todo hasta papel higiénico. El desayuno era muy tarde y pedimos un Box. La caja que nos dieron era ridícula.

Wonderful place with such a great team. They make me feel at home with a beautiful splendid view environment. My first address in my next visit to Bali. Thank you very much wonderful people and place.

I liked that is was not too far from the city without being too busy. The female staff member Eda was very accommodating and helpful before she left. It was safe and quiet in that area.

Language was a barrier especially when we arrived late and the staff member was pleasant but could not direct us for food as we were hungry. There was no safe or satellite TV as advertised. The guesthouses are bit run down and had a mould smell. The streets and from of the property was very dark at night we could not find it easily.

Nothing

The hotel is full of mold, even the quilts were moldy, it is not possible for me to lay my two children in moldy rooms. I informed the hotel and checked out early and I couldn't get my money back. Don't go.

Cozy place, staff is very helpful and understanding

All good, very friendly staff and very helpful. The location not too far from Ubud Center but still in the calm area. Will come back again next time! 🙂
