Very kind staff, many of them spoke very good english. The location could not be more perfect! Rooms are big and beds comfortable. We stayed here for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time here. Will visit again!

Only thing is liked was the location and the staff was very friendly.

the room was cram bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, roof had like water marks and was falling apart. it was very noisy there was like the staff children running around making loads of noise scremaing and running. After came from a tour was trying to take a rest but was sooo loud and noisy. at night there was loud music on the propoerty all up to after 11 at night which made it difficult to rest.

Great staff, the lady at the reception is very friendly and kind and the management answered my recommendations regarding an issue in the room. The location in Cusco is unbeatable.

It’s a bit expensive for the facilities offered, at least the price in Booking. Breakfast is very basic.

The location is good, safe and just 2 mins away from 12 angled stone and Plaza de Armas (although it can get quite noisy from the traffic in the morning and late afternoon). I loved my room, a nice comfortable duplex with a huge bed. There is a really nice restaurant in the same building, so it's nice not having to leave the hotel to have dinner (the restaurant is independent from the hotel). I'll leave a special thank you to the female staff, particularly Ada, always kind and offering the best advices.

For a boutique hotel, many things can and should improve, such as: The bathroom needs urgent maintenance, as the tub leaks from the bottom in every single shower. No water in the room. For the prices charged, I would at least expect one bottle per day. The towels are extremely small. Since I was staying alone, they left me only a small hand towel (15x15cm) and a body towel half the size of what I consider normal. I asked for more towels and there was no problem. The breakfast could be better: no milk on most days and only one type of cereal, very small amounts of cheese and ham and hard bread. At least eggs are included. The gentleman working during breakfast hours and sometimes at the reception is unfriendly and unprofessional. He saw me leaving with all my luggage and didn't even bother to open the door.
