I can't think of anything.

This was the greatest disappointment in Peru. I thought i booked a charming traditional looking lovely place, but the 'hotel' If you can call it that, is nothing like the pictures on this site. No traditional fabrics / cushions, no charming courtyard. Instead, the building is shared between business with a kitchen and generator going all night. Our suite did not have a living room or dining area as stated. Tge window had some fabric nailed to it as 'curtain'. I could not see the bar anywhere with cocktails, etc. Hugely disappointed. And I could have chosen out of 100s of lovely hotels for this price....

Great location with a great price for the area! Very noise which I'm was ok with. Walking distance to everything.

Very cozy, in the city center and very nice staff.

The room is very close to the city center and also something very important, our room was not close to the street, which is something really important in Cusco, because the cars and bars can be sooo loud. Also the hot water worked every single day and I really appreciated that

This place is a little gem; perfect location just steps from Plaza Mayor and San Blas area, very clean, cosy and good value for money. Now, I've been to a lot of nice, clean and well located places around the world, but what really makes the difference is the people and Casa Biru has a six-star hospitality team. I had to extend my stay due to health reasons and they took take care of everything (from getting a doctor to bringing breakfast to my room). Huge thanks to Ada for her kindness and brilliant suggestions and to Isabel for her support coordinating all the changes/extras. I'll definitely stay again in my next visit to Cusco.

Amazing location. Great team and service. Real extreme hot shower 24/7. Super clean. Great breakfast. Very personal service and care. We spent there 6 nights. Like at home. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate.

Great location close to the main plaza! The staff was very helpful. They have coffee and tea station available 24/7 which was really nice. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing! We did not include breakfast during our stay, but it looked nice. Yes the street is very noisy but a lot of streets near the centre are. Having a white noise app for sleep time made it a non-issue for us. I would recommend this based on a fair price and a great location.
