The view

This place was totally disorganized and the room was disgusting and not even clean. There was still a garbage bin full of left over food from the last guest. The carpet!!!! I was absolutely disgusted! So much so, that I had accidentally booked another night a month later. And I was so appalled the first time around that I skipped this trip. Could have been a nice little get-away...

Das ganze Motel befindet sich im Abriss, die meisten Zimmer sind mit Spanplatten vernagelt, der größte Teil der Einrichtung funktioniert nicht mehr. Die Bilder müssen Jahre alt sein. Der Pool wurde schon lange nicht mehr mit Wasser gefüllt und verrottet.

Customer service at the Hospitality Inn was the worst! I showed up, and there were only 2 cars in the entire parking lot. I had booked the wrong date. When I asked the woman to book me a room for that night, she told me that they were full. I got in my car outside the lobby and booked a room on booking.com When I questioned her about why she wouldn't give me a room. She had no explanation. The motel room that I stayed in was absolutely gross. The carpet was totally disgusting, burn marks, dog and cat pee, old food, dirt balls. Do not take off your shoes!! Also, the garbage can was still full of the last guests garbage, including old food. However, the view from my room was spectacular! The bed seemed clean and was ok. Not even worth the $65.!

When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available even though we had a reservation through Expedia. There was hardly any vehicles in the parking lot. Very disappointing after a long travel day.

It's a beautiful area, but this property is in disrepair. The only way I found the place at night was because Google Maps told me where to turn. There was a sign, but it was unlit, and no lights in the parking lot. I drove over a curb into a "landscaped" feature, but it was all dead anyway. Upon check-in, I had to go back to the office to get toilet paper. There were what looked like donut sprinkles in the bathtub, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned out from the previous use. The bed was comfortable, but no care was taken when making it up. I noted dust and debris under the bed and furniture. The AC unit was held in by cardboard, and the window, which boasted a beautiful view, was streaky and dirty. I'm not sure what's going on with this place. Although I needed a cheap place to stay for a conference, I'm glad I didn't have to spend more time there. The internet connection was stable, however, for a two-hour Zoom meeting. I did appreciate that.

This is an old hotel that has been allowed to run down. However, for the price, you can't beat it. The part that is open is fine and it is convenient to most of the city. Not real amenities.

The property is too run down. Needs renovation. Had an unpleasant smell. Maybe owners are waiting to demolish and rebuilt. Good location with hill top view of the city. Near university.

Didn't stay there. They gave my room away. Expedia needs to pay me back
