The price was excellent (it was unbelievably inexpensive) and the hotel had character. It had a great view of Kamloops and the bed was comfortable. You had to go in and ask for coffee, but they would give you as much as you asked for and the machine worked well. There were no "deal breakers" such as bugs or things that did not work. It was quiet.

The hotel was quite run down and they did not provide daily room cleaning service. One needs to be a rugged traveller looking for a bargain. The fridge was not very clean.

It’s a $50 motel room and for that price everything is great! The room is large and the bed comfortable. Full kitchen with pots/pans etc. The water was hot and great water pressure. Sure the decor is a little tired but the room was clean and tidy and for the price, it’s pretty much as you’d expect.

Office is NOT open 24/7. Arrived after office hours and phoned the number on the closed notice. Because I hadn't prepaid, they would not accommodate me and had to find somewhere else to say. Looked at the confirmation email from Booking.com afterwards and found where it said that if I arriving after office hours I needed to contact the hotel to make arrangements but it did not give me office hours.

No breakfast tried, Too early.
