Comfort Inn & Suites Phoenix North - Deer Valley

Staff are polite and courteous. The breakfast was more than I thought. Make your own waffle. Scrambled eggs with fried potatoes. Yogurt, fruit juice and coffee. I enjoyed my stay here.

Las camas son cómodas, y el desayuno estaba bien, parking gratis. El precio fue económico comparado con otros hoteles de nuestra ruta por Costa Oeste. Nosotros solo pasamos una noche allí y para esto nos sirvió.

El olor de la habitación. El filtro del aire acondicionado estaba tremendamente sucio, tanto que soltaba pelusas.

It started out okay but as soon as i left they started charging my card random amounts until my account was empty

We didn't stay. The front desk gave us cards that wouldn't work on the first unit so we asked for new keys, and she gave us keys to a new unit. They also didn't work. She even tried a 3rd time herself, but still didn't work, she then gave us cards to a third unit (attempt #4) that didn't work, but good thing as there was already someone staying there that came out when we tried using the card. We finally got a card that worked with a unit on the ground level and when we went in it smelled like cigarettes and had dirty towels on the floor. We've stayed there before without incident, but that was the last straw on this visit. We were nice about it, but asked for a refund which we were told we would recieve and booked another location at a different hotel, but I'm finding out they billed us anyway for the first night. I don't know if I'll ever book with them again. Super disappointed!!!

Food options are not diverse in every morning, they seemed the same but all are fresh and good tastes. Beds are not comfortable as it’s quite high .

I would stay again!
