Really nice accommodation, easily large enough for four, comfortable and warm with excellent facilities. Initially had a problem with lights but the maintenance guy sent within 30mins and sorted so excellent support service. Excellent value for money and will definitely use again if in the area.

Can't really fault the accommodation or the staff, plus booking although last minute was easy, everything about key pick explained and easy, so going to say there is not anything I didn't like.

The living room and kitchen were stylish and well equipped, location was good. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was a fairly central location, not far from bus and trams and opposite a Lidl supermarket which was very handy. The bottle recycling facility at the local Lidl was excellent

Collection of keys from an office that closed at 9pm was stressful and added inconvenience to our stay. The apartment was lovely but gave the impression that it was not well maintained - eg several light bulbs did not work. There was no WIFI code, curtains and blinds were ill fitting, the light fittings looked unsafe, one of the sinks was blocked. We had requested 2 double rooms, but only one was made up for our arrival. We believed we had booked two bathrooms, but one was only a toilet and sink. It would have been useful to have information on how to turn the heating on/off, the recycling facilities etc

Spacious apartment, 6 people easily fitted in. The Sauna was a complimentary bonus. The apartment is well located with the center being a 8 minute walk, shops and places to grab a bite are also near.

This has been truly a disappointing stay with series of incidents during every day of our stay topping it off with a stranger appearing in the apartment on our final day. Day 1: it’s a nice 2 bedroom apartment that I’ve booked for my friend and I. We went into the apartment after collecting the keys and found out that the 2nd bedroom had not been made at all [no bedsheet, no pillows]. We passed by 2nd homes office to inform them on our way to dinner [about 5-ish]. The staff seems very casual in her response of “oh you didn’t tell us you needed the other room hence it was not made” followed by inquiring if we checked the cabinets to see if bedsheets and pillows are located there, to imply that we should make the bed ourselves. We told her we didn’t check and she said she will make the room at 9pm. We returned to the apartment at 10pm and to no surprise, the room was not made and we had to do it ourselves. Logically, why would they assume that we only intend to use 1 of the bedroom when we booked and paid for the entire apartment? Further there’s no communication that we were to inform them if we require both rooms. Day2: tried to use the sauna the night before but couldn’t figure out how to use it despite following all the instruction provided. Decided to check with them the following day coz it was late. So called them on day 2 but number seems switched off. Sent a WhatsApp message with only 1tick for the longest time. Attempted to call again multiple times and eventually decided to call the provided emergency number after 5hours, yet still not successful in getting through. Issue was only resolved when I informed them of the problem on booking.com app. They told me that no one was answering the phone due to sickness. Which begets the question of what is then the purpose of providing an emergency phone? Day 3 issue completely took the icing off the cake that I would given negative stars if I could. I was sound asleep in my room at about 9am.

The Apartment was great! Location was good with a grocery store across the street. Plenty of plates and dishes and all appliances worked fine. Had just a little trouble finding the bldg and floor but that’s part of the adventure! Would definitely recommend staying again!
