Labyrinth Kasbah Dades

A lovely place, wonderful decoration full with the personal touch of the owner. The location is ideal to explore the region, but also quiet and feels like home. We ate breakfast and dinner there, and all I can say is that we were treated like family. A very warm experience, thank you so much!

The owner is one of the most friendly and attentive people you can meet. The Kasbah is in good condition and they serve a lovely breakfast as well. Recommend!

Everything. Mehdi is friendly and welcoming. The building is unique and beautifully restored. The views are amazing and our breakfast was fantastic. If you’re planning a trip through this part of Morocco you must stay here.

Charming and unique guest house in the beautiful Dades Valley. The views from the terrace are stunning and the food was delicious. Breakfast is included and dinner was very reasonably priced. Mehdi is a friendly and gracious host and this was previously his family's home. We stayed for two nights so we could enjoy hiking in the valley and wish we could've stayed longer.

Terrace can be cold in winter, and because not all rooms have windows, comfort is to be found in dining room

My wife wondered whether we should it the Mehdi hotel (rather than the labyrinth des kasbah); I guess all other reviews reveal why so let me be brief. Mehdi simply breathes hospitality & will do everything is his power to make your stay in Morocco as pleasant as possible. His approach comes very authentic and that's something you wille feel immediately. As a host he brings the joy & peace into the place. Regarding the food: don't even think of eating elsewhere; his cooking is really great & very good value for money. Great place to explore the beautiful are of the Gorges des Dades (and even the Gorges the Todra, which I did). Highly recommendable!

Mehdi is an excellent host, so we immediately felt at home. You can tell that his kasbah is built with a lot of heart and soul. We had a fantastic view and a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace and went on a great hike through the gorges with a very helpful and relaxed guide. The rooms are clean and tidy, can absolutely recommend.

Mehdi really is an outstanding host. Great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. He also is a licensed guide who is happy to organize a local tour for you.
