"Très joli mais chambre mal localisée bruyante ; pb d’oreiller"

La localisation , l’accès au château , la salle du petit déjeuner

La chambre , très jolie mais en entre sol ,éclairée par soupirail, le bruit au plafond de la pièce au dessus, les housses d’oreiller trop petites pour l’oreiller qui était trop épais donc nuit mauvaise avec cou tordu..

"Loved our stay!"

Our room was the Lady Eleanor suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The bed was comfortable. And the breakfast selection was very nice and delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Kilkenny.

"Fantastic location and comfortable stay in Kilkenny"

Fantastic location, really nice breakfast, friendly staff. We had lunch here and some drinks also.

Only 1 key for the room and only 1 car space allowed per room. We were 4 friends so 3 had to go to the Ormonde multi-story carpark nearby. In fairness it did state this in the booking which we missed. But, it comes as an additional charge per car! I think Butler House Marketing team should include this charge in the booking and been seen to cover this cost..
