Lovely rooms, lovely gardens, fantastic location

Perfect location, only few minutes walk to castle and town. Nicely decorated. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The light in the room was not working.

Nicola, the receptionist, was efficient, pleasant, and very helpful. She helped us get our tickets for the caves north of Kilkenny. The breakfasts were very good, and the service was pleasant and helpful.

Very central location and spacious room.

Nous avions une chambre en-dessous de l’accueil et de l’entrée. On entend les gens parler à l’accueil. S’armer de boules quies.

The room was big and beautiful with a view of the gardens. The breakfast was exceptional! We loved that the windows in our room opened and we could hear the birds chirping. We loved the location and the ease of walking to the shops and restaurants.

The bathroom had a slightly weird setup and when in the shower it directly faced the exit door of the room.
