Ventura Beach House Motel

It was a delightful place. The room was light and airy with delightful high ceilings.

We really enjoyed the location, it was within walking distance of several food options and near Ventura Blvd. The ladies in the office were friendly, but stressed several times that no visitors were allowed.

The room is very outdated, it did not feel very clean and had an interesting and not very appealing smell. The water from the sink had a nasty sewer smell to it too. The shower appeared to have mold in it as well as the toilet. We were very disappointed and if we had any other option we would have chosen to leave and get another room.

Café excelente

Parking is awful. If you have a large vehicle or small trailer, there are no spots to accommodate these type of needs. And the manager offers no solutions. They just complain about the vehicle size.

Staff makes no effort to solve a common problem. They should post and let potential guests know that the parking situation is limited to small vehicles.

Bed was comfortable. No bugs

Hotel was very sketchy. I think people lived there and it felt alittle unsafe

How spacious the room is and the tv size. Also the fact the have dressers/drawers to put belongings in.

The lighting from the light bulbs were super bright

Cheap option, close enough to DT Ventura for a low price.

Room was fairly clean, but quite smelly. Definitely used to be smoke friendly. The bathroom and bed were not great.

Enough parking spots, shower stream stregth was just right, location.

The bed's base was making metal noises when sitting on the bed, didn't expect that :D
