This is a family run business spanning over 100 years. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was included but some of the choices were not healthy, but it was possible to order à-la-carte for other options. All in all, still good.

Oswaldo, the staff member who greeted us and helped us check in was great! He even offered to help carry our bags to our room. He spoke great English which was very helpful for us; he explained everything that we needed to know.

Everything was wonderful.

"Staff very accommodating at a hotel with excellent location."

Excellent location. Walking distance to all main sights within central colonial district.

Room took time to cool down at night despite the fans they provided. The weather was especially warm and no air conditioning.
