Carpeting in hallways was soiled and frayed, tv not working in the room. First room was extremely smoky, so requested a different room which was somewhat better. Dresser drawers were broken in the second room.

it was nice my room was clean I wouldn't of bathed in the bath tub only shower.. n was looking forward to a nice bath but I slept in the bed really good the breakfast was ok could've had a meat or something a little more but understand why not cuz wasn't many people staying there. and sucks the pool was out I couldn't really go to the back to see the pond or anything because everything was off limits. And should definitely put another ice machine on other end of building as well because that's a long walk for some ice lbs but staff was friendly I would go back when pool gets finished and rest of building gets finished remodeling. I give it a 7/10

There was 3 things wrong with the room. The sofa was wore out, The desk lamps switch was broke , the back of the desk chair wouldn't get solid and the chair was creeky.

First off the road you turn on was blocked off. The hotel is so far back where no one can see it. We got in our room and i turned on the heater and black stuff flew out of it, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. The air vent in bathroom had so much dust on it. The couch and chair had stains all over and the pillow on the chair had i don't know what on it. Everytime we turned the tv on we had to change it to the right input just to watch it. Also we only had a half a roll of toilet paper and one of the wash clothes that was folded and was hanging with the clean ones was so filthy dirty. Also the breakfast was terrible. The only thing i can say good about this place was the bed was very comfy.

Only problem was our fridge didnt get very cold, but they did have an ice machine

Site says breakfast there was none after 4 days nor was there any cleaning. Key card kept deactivating for no reason. Location is very much out dated and dark. Guests running around 130-330am with management not doing anything.

No pool or jacuzzi, no restaurant or lounge. Lights were turned off during the day throughout the facility, staff unpleasant and not willing to assist

Who ever rated this as a nice place to stay must have been somewhere else or paid to write that. From the outside it looked dilapidated the sign for the hotel was just a banner, parking lot empty. The front desk had no one there to great you and after standing there for minutes and ringing the bell someone finally approaches. The door key deactivates if it’s too close to a cell phone and there is no housekeeping. Free breakfast…I wouldn’t eat a thing from there and it was the bare minimum but again no one was there anyway. I tried to get out of staying the full time and the “manager” wouldn’t let me out of the stay with or without a penalty but it could be desperate for the money..again a ghost town. I can’t believe Expedia even offer them the ability to have someone book here.

Bathroom flooded, took couple of hours to clean, never offered another room to move to.
