Most of this Hotel is under renovation but this really wasn’t the issue! The cleaning crew left a huge bag of trash sitting next to my room door for days until I finally took it to the dumpster myself because of the smell! Then when I needed to extend my stay the hotel wanted to charge a much higher rate so I booked it through my app but I made a mistake and booked the Friday a week later because of the app! Hotels had over a week to stop the payment but let it go through promising to take care of it and never did so I lost 100 ! The hotel manager Jay witnessed what happened and assured me he would make it right and lied! Call the number and it rings busy for 2 weeks now ! You get what you pay for people lesson learned!

Had to move rooms because of TV issues and got put in a room that smelled bad and had a bullet hole in the window. Pool was closed and grass was hip high around the property.

The first room they gave us didnt have a fidge, chair or AC unit. The second room they gave of us, we went to use the pullout bed and it was so disgusting. Then, ad I was walking back from breakfast to my room the cleaning lady asked me TWICE if i wanted to help her clean the rooms (Im hispanic) we have been here a few times (about once a month) and this was by far the worst experience we've had.

You get what you pay for and I think we paid too much for what we got. The room itself was clean but the homes and the property are very outdated. Thre are attempts at updating it. The breakfast staff were too busy socializing rather than refilling the food items. I had to tell them many times that things needed to be refilled.

The facility is in serious disrepair. It was clearly a beautiful property at one time, but it needs some serious TLC. The furniture is worn and stained. The wall trim is missing or unfinished. I had to ask for toilet paper. Very little was in the bathroom. All surfaces were sticky and unclean. We were too tired to look for another hotel.

"Don’t do it, go somewhere else. "

Please stay somewhere else. The photos they have posted must be from years ago. The pool is not functional nor is the exercise room. They appear to be renovating, very slowly, with the likes of a part time handyman. The common spaces and rooms are barely passably clean. On a positive note, I didn’t see any insects.

"TERRIBLE PROPERTY. CLOSE IT DOWN!"

The property was nothing like the photos online. No chair in the room and TV did not work. When explained to desk, they asked if I wanted to check out. There were issues at check in, as they said only 1 of the 4 rooms I booked was paid for by hotels.com I showed them the receipt and they argued for 45 minutes on Friday night. On Saturday, they said only my reservation showed only 1 room reserved, but not paid for. They charged us again for that room, but had no other room for our 4th party. The 3rd party that got the room said their door did not secure so the attendent got them another room, but 4th party never got a room, although they were charged to the 3rd party's card. we would like to dispute all charges!
