"It was ok. Not sure I would pick there again."

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast hours were nice and they had a time in the evening to enjoy drinks which was unexpected and a bonus.

Room was a VERY long walk from elevator. The toilet was low (and ours was loose, unstable). These made it difficult for my older mother. The air conditioner made a horrible sound that made sleeping difficult.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The carpet felt spongey. There were some other guests who were making a ruckus at 11pm, and the ice machine in the morning was loud enough to wake me.

Breakfast was spot on with quite a variety of things to eat. It was nice to come down to a full breakfast bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was polite and helpful as well! Got us what we needed, very speedily too.

"Also the door in the bathroom was all tore up at the bottom. The caulking around the tub was peeling off and the toilet"

We were locked out of our room and had to wait over an hour for them to find someone to come pry open the door. Then we had to move all our belongings to another room on a buffet floor. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and it happened the last time I was there too

"Pretty good stay overall"

Beds was very comfortable. Breakfast as good. Nice tub

Indoor pool was full of kids from open til close. Room was right next door to laundry and the dryer was super loud til 930 pm. Fire alarm was a dull beep, maybe a battery going out?
