Wyndham Garden Fort Wayne

From previous stays we liked the breakfast and bar options.

The last two times we stayed there was running and commotion in the halls and BOTH times the fire alarm triggered as if someone had used the emergency exit. The probability of that happening twice makes us not want to stay again.

Good area

Couldn’t get a key to work for the door so had to get the front desk every time we had to leave

Very disappointed. I will start with a positive that the bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a hunk of the previous guests hair on the floor. There were toilet paper pieces under the sink. The flusher looked dirty. One of the towels was stained. The fold out couch sheets were DIRTY AND USED. I am sure they haven’t been checked between guests. My mother in laws room didn’t even have sheets on the pull out bed so at least those previous guests were kind enough to take off their dirty sheets but they weren’t even checked to replace them. The walls are so thin I could hear entire conversations in the room next to us..and they weren’t even trying to be loud. There was an odd odor in my mother in laws room. The TV didn’t work. Overall very disappointed and will not be staying here again…and will probably avoid Wyndhams in the future.

The overall condition was very good and clean. Customer service was also exceptional. Breakfast was very good, many choices. Overall great value
