Beautiful view and nice room easy walk to town from car free path. Check in was alittle rough but owner quickly responded to the mistake. And had a spilt of champagne as a nice gesture. Would stay again

Very welcoming and cosy lodge, with a nice view. Walking distance from the main street and beach. Self-service breakfast trays were nice and featured good food.

The heater was noisy (right next to the bed) and it was difficult to adjust the thermostat and so on/off changes woke us up a bit.

The view from our room was spectacular! The room was spacious with a balcony looking over the bay. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Spent one night here at the start of our honeymoon. The setting is incredible, in theory overlooking the town and waterfront with good views of the surrounding mountains. Unfortunately when we were here the weather was terrible, with high winds and heavy rain and low clouds so the views were mostly obscured. We were in an ocean view room with a balcony/decking outside the room. Had the weather been good this would have been incredible. As we booked through a travel agent we weren't aware that check-in was not done face to face. This is fine, although if you do have any burning questions regarding recommendations or things to avoid you'd need to message them I suppose. Although there is a lot of information contained in the room literature. The room itself was very nice and had everything we needed. Only issue was that one of the windows was drafty, which probably wouldn't be an issue 99% of the time, however the high winds meant that it was a bit of a struggle to sleep. Breakfast was also nice and self service, although we were in a bit of a rush so couldn't fully enjoy it. Would thoroughly recommend this location. Just hope for good weather!

Lovely view, decent sized space, great breakfast options

Outside sitting areas for each downstairs unit could be more private with some more partition type installations.

Breakfast was a continental buffet which was eaten back at the unit. In warmer weather it would have been very pleasant in the lovely garden. The in-room facilities were fine too. A great view down to and along the coast was available from the front of the property. The location was great, very central and close to restaurants and cafes.

A few small niggles....the kettle did not fit under the only tap (bathroom basin); the only easily accessible power points (for device charging) were in the crowded area holding the kettle and coffee maker; the product holder in the shower was very small and quickly filled with water resulting in soggy soap.
