Best Western Benton Harbor – St. Joseph

Location and Breakfast, Excellent.

Breakfast and night staff was decent.

Bathroom shower was kinda gross. Shower chair had black stuff on it...not sure if it was mold or calking. Bathroom door was damaged at bottom with peeling paint. Room was freezing. No plaquard to hang on door that said do not disturb, so cleaning staff tried to force in door...disrupting sleep and I had to yell that I was still in room and had not checked out. This was at like 9:30 AM. We'll before check-out time. Luckily I had put the little latch thing on the door that prevented entry.

Parfait. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable. La literie est très confortable et l'hôtel est très propre.

The room was clean. The desk clerks were friendly.

I got to breakfast at 9. Everything was gone except for prepackaged muffins and waffle mix. The treadmills in the workout room didn't work (one was not working correctly, one not at all) and the entire room smelled like urine. The beds were incredibly hard.

El hotel muy lindo, limpio, alberca muy original, desayuno muy completo y platos de cartón para cuidar el medio ambiente!!!

Staff that help me at front desk was very, very patient and accommodating .

My family and I are having sewer issues and we were tired hungry wore out he didn't get agitated with us but remained very patient and calm .
