"Very Good"

The gentleman working the breakfast was phenomenal. He replenished everything before it ran out, cleaned tables & anything before others used, was very pleasant and considerate. A one man force that did a spectacular job!!!!!

"Worth a repeat stay!"

We slept well. Nice and clean accommodations. Great staff. This is my only place we use when we come to Benton Harbor.,

Mr Lenard has the breakfast hot and ready the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Night clerk was awesome. Day manager was rude and nasty. I said we would be checking out because doing a POLAR PLUNGE would be warmer than the pool. She got quite hostile and defensive, but, yet would not go with to touch the water. The indoor pool is CONNECTED to the outdoor pool... It's 43 degrees outside. Breakfast didn't make us want to even stay to eat. We went out to eat. Wouldn't recommend. Big DISAPPOINTMENT
