Great location. Parking good. Front desk staff courteous and acconodating.

Housekeeping didn't make up room so had to go to front desk to get towels and soap for second night. Room door deadbolt wouldn't lock, maintenence had to adjust striker on jamb. Insufficient ice machines, none near room

Location was not far off the expressway and very close to shopping and several restaurants. The continental breakfast was very good compared to others I’ve had. Parking was easy and secure. I did not use the pool or hot tub. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Last minute booking. Very good overall. Could have done with a safe and another comfy chair in the room. Breakfast was good but spoiled by a stupid girl who decided she had to pour out 3 helping of waffle batter and then knocked them over herself and she then dripped it everywhere in the breakfast area. Also could have done without having a woman sitting outside the front door smoking pot while on the phone to her boyfriend who was breaking up with her!

I haven’t stayed in a Best Western in decades due to a bad experience. So this stay proved me wrong. I like the set up of these with the pool area visible right away. They’re not too big nor this didn’t have too many floors. Breakfast was decent with hot food options. The room was spacious and comfortable.
