"Great Hotel--roof top pool was closed!"

Room was very clean and modern. However website indicate paper towels and water included and it had none, I had to travel to store to purchase it. Cushion was damaged from a previous pet (I assume it was a Cat or very pissed off dog). Very Pet friendly. Roof top pool just as well not exist because it wasn't staffed and no activity at all. It was "dead on the roof." Staff and hotel were very nice and good location. Breakfast food was tasty!

We enjoyed our stay at the Serenity Boutique Hotel. Everything you need is within a 5 to 7 min walk. Very safe, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was very basic if you are planning on light cooking you may want to bring some supplies. Rooftop pool was beautiful and awesome views.

We would definitely stay at Serenity Hotel Boutique again. The staff was nice and helpful. Apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was walking distance to 5th Ave. we enjoyed the pool and it was quiet.

Everyone was very welcoming specially Antonio in the restaurant they have in the hotel.It was also very nice and clean.We got breakfast with our stay and it was also pretty good.Will definetly stay again if I ever travel to Playa del Carmen.
