Private onsen which was built nowadays

Though the guesthouse is not right by the Yufuin station, the host kindly offered to pick up and drop off on our day of arrival and departure, so the whole check-in and check-out process was super smooth. The host is super helpful and easy to communicate. The guesthouse is very clean and cozy with shared kitchen. The private onsen is a bonus which far exceeded our expectations.

Sadly I sayed one night only in Yufuin, but I really enjoyed my night there! Jin is very friendly and welcoming, he drove me from the station to the guesthouse and again to the center of Yufuin. But anyway the gh is a nice walk 15 mins to the train station. The view from the window of the room was amazing! Room was nice and bed comfortable, especially after a hot bath in the private onsen available for the guests. Peaceful and relaxin place. Sometimes his cat is popping up for some cuddles, lovely! Thank you for the beautiful experience

The room is very nice and host picked us up, drove us to the station also. Highly recommend!!

The host is very friendly and offered us pick up service from the train station and also sent us to the mountain trailhead the next morning. The place is well equipped with almost everything you may need. We are very satisfied with the quiet room and the awesome onsen. I would definitely recommend the place.

Amazing stay. I arrived from Beppu and the host came to the station, picked up my luggage and then drove me to the start of Yufu Mountain's trailhead. After I descended the mountain he once came to pick me up in no time, drove me to a kombini and then to the guesthouse for an early check-in. It's a lovely, intimate and modern two-storey family home with all the comforts you might need during your stay (AC in the room, TV with access to Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, rest area and lounge, etc). Without me even having to ask, he then made sure the water at the Onsen wouldn't be too hot and ready for a nightly soak... in the same fashion I would expect from a luxurious ryokan. Early next morning he drove me all the way to Yufu Interchange so I could catch my bus to Nagasaki. Simply amazing. Thank you for everything, I won't hesitate to stay again in the future!
