"Superb"

Cozy, clean, friendly staff, private onsen, you can book for an hour per day. Would definitely stay here again.

The room had a slightly odd smell to it, nothing too bad but enough to notice.

Service was EXCELLENT. He picked us up from and drove us back to the station, helped with all our luggage, and prepared everything to make our stay as relaxing as possible. He also spoke good English to make communication very easy. A very kind and helpful host and a very comfortable hotel.

It is cozy but feel like home. The staff is very kind,everything is well oganized. I will visit again!!

The location is little bit far from station but the staff pick us up. So it also good point.

"Best yufuin guesthouse"

The onsen was great my room was clean and everything was very comfortable. There's even Netflix but the star of the show is how kind the owner is. He was overly helpful I drove and the road up to the house is a little scary as an American its hard. He drove my car down for me and im forever thankful I didn't crash my rental car. Very comfy nice stay close to everything I recommend it There's also a cool shrine with giant trees nearby. I recommend it

Everything about our stay was perfect: great and very friendly host, superb room with magnificent view, comfortable futon, nice terrace, cute cat, relaxing (private) onsen, sparkling clean, beautiful and quiet surroundings, exceptional service. We regret not staying longer! Thank you so much Jin!!

The boss Jin is nice and friendly to treat us .And it’s nice to pick us up anytime during our stay.

We need very quietly during moving. We are sorry that we are always sleep lately.

Very peaceful and quite place. Great mountain view. The host was very kind. I would love to come back again in the future.

I could not meet the cat Momochang! I was expecting to meet her but she was not there when I stayed. Other than that, nothing to complaint. :)
