Baymont by Wyndham Washington

My only complaint I cant get over is a customer. He made me feel very unsafe especially with having my child with me. We were first alone with him in the breakfast haul. He left then came came back when my husband was eating with us. He was acting more suspicious, especially when a mom and her two children came in as well. The other mom picked up on how he was very quickly. I hope staff keeps a eye on this customer. He is very suspicious

This place has improved dramatically over the years. No more mildew smell from the A/C. It is very clean too. I would have liked a better selection for breakfast, but overall I would stay here again

The bed was comfortable. We liked the blackout curtains and it was fairly quiet. The room was spacious.

When we arrived there was no one to check us in for over 5 minutes. There were others waiting as well, but no staff to be seen. Breakfast was really bad. Boxed cereal and make your own waffles were pretty much the only things edible. No fresh fruit, sausage sitting in a pool of grease, and cold eggs that tasted funky were the other options.

Not an excellent hotel, but pretty clean and comfortable for the money.

Dan and his team members are excellent. They all go above and beyond to help and make sure that your stay is comfortable without any hesitation. I have been staying here while working through out the week and have always come back to an extremely well cleaned room and I am always welcomed with a smile from all the team members.

The hotel was close to the event we were attending. Breakfast was good.

Children running up and down the hallway when we first got there. After we had fallen asleep the fire alarm went off. There was no direction given by the hotel staff. After the alarm turned off people were standing in the hallway unsure if it was safe to return to our rooms. Once we returned to our room I was too nervous to go back to sleep. Thankfully the alarm didn't go off again. When I signed out I asked the staff what the reason was for the alarm going off. She replied, "Did it? Nobody reported it to me at the change of shift".

Good location. Beds were comfortable.

The room and bathroom are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is tasty.
