Room needs thorough overall cleaning and attention to maintenance. Smells moldy.

Place dirty had mold smell in room requested new room

It was very nice having a balcony with a view of a lovely pond. Very comfortable rooms and staff are very helpful.

The lady doing the breakfast did not watch the food close enough, eggs and sausage ran out.

The room was spacious. Very clean and everything worked.

Walls were thin. The woman in the room beside us coughed all night and therefore we didn’t get any sleep.

I do like the location of the property because of its convenience. I would love it if the mattresses were more firm and showers were more to my taste I.E. height of shower head is very low compared to my height

We’ve been to this hotel many times and as usual everything was clean, friendly and well maintained

I went there because It has a hot tub I just wanted to relax and unfortunately there was a group of people having a birthday party and all their kids five and under like 10 of them was playing in the hot tub the whole time, but as I was coming back from eating supper the manager had told me the hot tub was empty and he was sorry but that had happened so that was awesome that it was already too late I was ready just to relax in the room but I would give my stay an 8 out of 10 not bad

The fact the elevator were down an I had a autistic grandson only 2 1/2 yrs old that we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs w a little child it was very difficult an I ask if I could get a room on the first floor they said no I was just upset other than that the hotel was great
