First room we checked in had dirty towels hanging on the door, toilet was running when we walked in. Went back to front desk and the staff was less then apologetic and said she would come get the towels! I was like how do I know the room was cleaned??

We stopped here last minute on a road trip and it was the nicest hotel of our 6 days!! Pool, Hot Tub, clean room, clean bathroom, all the amenities we needed. We were so impressed and it was affordable too. Would definitely stay there again and will be looking for Best Western Plus on more trips.

Nice place to stay, very quiet, and excellent part of town right by Iowa State. The only downside is it’s a really big place, so you may have to walk far to get from your room to breakfast or the pool. It could use another elevator in the farther hall. But the pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was okay, and I would stay here again.
