My non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. It seems like people live at this property participating in not very good activity

I was very disappointed with the property and there was not much to like.

The bugs crawling up the headboard and wall from under the bed, brown sheets, broken toilet seat and filthy floor. Checked in around 3:00pm left at 3:30pm and didn’t return until 11:00pm. Left hotel at 11:40pm and drove 4 hours back home. After noticing how filthy the room was.

Clean room in my #125 was horrible and havent change the sheets , new towels nothing.. Shower running slow and very cold.. not enough hotter.

this place does not look like the photos on the site. it is in the ghetto with a very uneasy feeling as soon as you pull in. We went to the first room it had a pull out couch the mattresses had no sheets or blankets and it was stained like it was a prison cot. We went back to the desk and were given a different room and cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom and behind the t.v. stand on to the dresser. This place should be torn down and these travel sites should not have them listed it's disgusting we had to pay 250.00 a night for the Hilton because everything was booked and we were lucky to get that.

There were cockroaches and the bathroom wasn't clean. Microwave was dirty, surfaces were dirty, remotes weren't working.

I didn't take any photos, the room wasn't worth it, everyone from staff that talked to us was beyond rude, the rooms weren't even cleaned properly, we stayed for a few weeks as we had no other choice, brought our own cleaning supplies and deep cleaned on our own and found several wrappers and a pacifier even that clearly didn't belong to us as our youngest child is nearly 10 and never even used a pacifier, they don't have the pool they claim to have and haven't in well over a year, there breakfast is a joke and should only be called a snack at best, and the fitness room they brag about is 2 machines. They should be sued for false advertising.

I would not suggest this location to anyone.

Worst spot ever. Filthy I asked for refund and left elswhere

Filthy. Pot smell in my room. Dirty. I stayed 1 minute abd left before I started to stink myself
