Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany

Location was close to where my entertainment company had to perform.

Roaches tje whole place is infested. I came back from putting on a great show with my other comedian friend and cousin who DJ's for me. I DISCOVERED LATER ALL ROOMS HAD ROACHES! I killed three when I woke up to use the bathroom around 5am. Then found two more on the nightstand by my bed didnt sleep the rest of the night nor did my wife. We up pour a shot of whiskey (for the ones I probably swallowed sleeping) and left it for 5 min to make a phone call to see what time breakfast was served. No ine answered it rang 20 times. Went back to my drink there was a roach in it. Went to complain guys didnt believe me.untik I showed him pictures. Also they dont have breakfast nor is it contential all it is is a fruit cup, moldy juice b/c they don't clean the machine and stale granola bars. The said they had breakfast but it's trul a lie. Guy who was at the front deask told my Paul Patel is the General Manager and I feel he should be fired for how that place is kept. And they should lose there Wyndham affiliation because the property disgusting. The other buildings elevator doesn't work and they don't tell people that, also no ice machine on any floor. They did give all the rooms in my group $20 back but that's still was nothing to only getting 4hrs of sleep and paying 80 dollars per room. Also they have a pay at the property option but tried to pull the money from my card morning of and we didn't even check in yet thank the most high I locked my card. But it's truly a gross place found out my other friend went home 40min away instead of staying here b/c of the roaches in her room were too much. The people there aren't good at running that place and it shows and it's not pleasant at all.

Location, Price and there was lots of restaurants near by.

There where roaches and thank God we were on the 1st floor because the elevator is broken. Also there breakfast is a lie fruit cup and stale granola bars! And Juice machine didnt work

The faucet handle for the shower and sink both fell off. They took forever to resolve it trying to fix it only to finally move us. Roaches live in. The while building as we came back from our show we all discovered we had roaches.

No room coffee maker, hair dryer, elevator broke got locked out of 2nd floor stairwell also stunk in stairwell smelled like rancid smoke in room and urine smell in stairwell bed sunken and lumpy caused back ache. Bathroom door was scraped up and dirty. Couch smelled. Would not rent again expected nicer with Windham logo. Woke up at 430 am wishing it was time to leave. Felt like things were crawling on my skin. Not worth $80

We were close to the event we were attending.

The elevator didn't work. The 2 soda machines didn't work. Complimentary breakfast was coffee, juice and fruit cups. That is not breakfast. Our bathroom door didn't close. The stay was not worth $200/night.

Nothing. Place is terrible. Dirty, falling apart and the elevator was broken and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a bad hip

It smelt like smoke, no shower head, bed covered in black hair, window didn’t have a screen and was previously used as an ashtray. Very very gross hotel.

Upon arrival, it appeared that some long-term or homeless families were residing at the property, which gave it a less traditional lodging atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is set up in the parking lot, but the food was actually quite good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with the room keys — they kept malfunctioning, leaving me locked out several times. On my last night, a staff member I flagged down had to literally pry the door open to let me in. When it came time to check out, there were no staff members available at the front desk for me to share any feedback or concerns. The motel’s location itself is excellent, conveniently close to plenty of retail stores and dining options. The room was initially clean, but I did discover two roaches in the bathroom during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, the maintenance, staffing, and cleanliness issues made this stay far from ideal. The pictures on the site are not what you will find when you arrive. That I can promise you!

Bathroom was disgusting. Floor was absolutely not cleaned. Shelf in the closet was broken. Remote didn’t even work(minor but annoying) only 1 outlet worked. Lock on the interior of the door was broken.
