Baymont by Wyndham Sandusky

Didn't enjoy it. Bed was comfy but the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the place wasn't up to par. Nice staff. But there were pubes in the bathtub when I went to shower and the towels weren't clean and some were still wet so I ended up not showering. The breakfast in the morning tasted well.

Breakfast was very.good.

There was no smoke detector in our room.

Everything, the breakfast the most, though would have liked some cheese with the eggs. The showerhead in the bathroom was awesome too.

Only issue was our TV. The remote worked for the volume, but not the channel. A "master" remote had to be used to select HDMI. With tech these days, I think they would benefit by having the HDMI ports available to plug in rokus and video game systems. Just a minor inconvenience. Oh, and our room door was right next to an outside ceiling light. The bugs were swarming, and when we opened our door, they became guests too. We should've charged them rent.

Location was good and rooms were clean.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Waffles were good, but eggs were undercooked and didn't have any other options like fruit or pastries.

We didn't end up staying because the room was disgusting and it had piles of dirty blankets and sheets on the chair in the room and all of the pillows were in one big pile without pillow cases and the lampshade was not coming and I have pictures of everything as proof

Dated, old and dirty.. family? please avoid. Even one of the bed wasn’t put together right…

Booked a double bed room and when we showed up instead of queen beds they were full size beds . You could tell things weren’t cleaned . Our shower tub would not drain completely called front desk and said it happens all the time and it would drain eventually.

Terrible. Paid to get gaslit and aggressive behavior from the family running it because of their broken TV. Worth the extra $25 to go to cedar point express hotel instead
