"Decent place to stay "

Employees were extremely helpful & accommodating. And it was close to cedar point

It took a while to check in. Due to electronic issues with the key card. However, the employee went above & beyond to help us.

Don't let the looks fool you. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the location for the price is truly unbeatable. The cleanliness isn't the best but with some disinfecting wipes it was fine. The beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious and they even told us they'd refund us the second night because we ended up leaving a night early. They didn't do it but the offer was super awesome even if we got let down they didn't follow thru. We would stay again

"Worse hotel stay ever!!!"

When I walked up to my door there was a big ass spider web on the middle of my door before I could put the key in the door, I'm fighting spiders. Bugs flying all around the door, so Everytime u open your door, bugs are coming in your room. My microwave didn't work, my TV didn't work. I originally had 2 rooms but I went and asked for refund for one room because it was terrible. So my family all was in 1 room for the weekend. Whenever I asked the staff for anything they didn't have it. I will not recommend this hotel to no one. Stay far away.

"A hidden gem"

For the price it was really good. Front desk people were amazing along with the breakfast staff.

Tv remote didn't work so the tv was useless.

We've stayed here a few times during cedar point trips. Rooms are good and staff is friendly. Breakfast is a great option too :)
