No nasty

Everything it was ghetto and nasty .. out dated

Sandusky Ohio Not my usual stay at a baymont at all. Room was dark, damp and smelled. Had to wash stuff we didn't even wear when I got home to get the smell out of clothes

Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Outlet in bathroom did not work. My room smelled like cigarette smoke like it was coming through the walls. I could not sleep on Saturday night it was so bad. It was also a bit noisy.

I would strongly caution others when dealing with this location. After redeeming a stay through Wyndham Rewards, I was surprised to find charges applied to my account that I did not believe were authorized. When I contacted Wyndham Rewards, I was informed that this property is independently owned and operated. My experience with the staff and management was extremely disappointing. I found customer service to be unhelpful, and my concerns regarding the charges were not addressed in a satisfactory manner. As a customer, I expected transparency, professionalism, and a clear explanation of any charges applied to my account. I work hard for my money, and it is frustrating to spend significant time trying to resolve issues that should have been handled properly from the start. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and would encourage others to carefully review their bills and account activity after their stay. I hope ownership and management take customer concerns more seriously and improve their handling of billing disputes and customer service issues.

Le personnel aimable, la proximité, le petit déjeuner très simple mais correct.

La chambre est vétuste, voire en décrépitude totale. La propreté était correcte, mais la poussière et les toiles d'araignées derrière la table de chevet, au niveau du chauffage et de la clim était dégoûtante. Le joint de la porte et de la clim laisse passer la lumière et les insectes.

Love the location. Its close to cedar point. Pillows. Lol Breakfast before the park. And a Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot.

Been there a few times .. months in between and our TV didn't work. Both times We had to go back to the deck for help the tall man with dreads/ braids. Sry. Never got his name.. Helped. Us every time. On our last visit the door. You had to have a good shoulder to open the door. I think its from the weather change the door was hard to open.
