Gästehaus St. Ursula

I would not recommend this property. When we first arrived to check in we had to go look for the staff, and they didn’t even know that they had booked someone for that date. They couldn’t provide a second pillow because apparently they don’t have that..? They didn’t clean the rooms only made the bed every day. Over all not a great hostel or experience. I would recommend to pay a little bit more for a real hotel and a more pleasant stay in Brig.

This accommodation is also currently wing used for refugees and this wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very respectful of others space. It was very clean and the staff at breakfast were great.

Large room, with two twin beds, table with 2 chairs, comfy chair.

Compared to last years, the quality of the overall experience has significantly decreased. Very unfriendly staff. Limited options for breakfast. No more possibility to cook your own meal. Very noisy in the afternoon and evening caused by many children running through the corridors. Poor room cleaning. The overall atmosphere in the house not pleasant. It's a pity, because we really enjoyed our previous stays here.

The beds were comfortable and rooms had a lot of space . Also the staff were friendly , and breakfast was really good

Should be a tv or some sort in the room. Also very hard to locate staff at reception . Shower head was loose and kept falling on my head , had to hold it the whole time. Also hard to get in the actual hotel , had to always get someone to open the door for me from the inside for the second door .

Verry clean and comfortable!

It was children runing in the Corridor and noise during the afternoon. But that is not fault of the Hotel. The Hotel is nice and verry clean.
