Enjoyed our stay

The room and staff were great, But the internet was a real issue. The staff had to get on my machine and do something special to get it to work. Then, when I woke up the next day it was not working again. I tried to do what they had done the night before, but it didn't work so I gave up.

The bottom of the pool needed desperate cleaning, the sheets had some unexpected hairs on them. Otherwise very clean.

Nothing.

Two rooms were booked when I only needed one. Upon my arrival, the front desk assured me they’d canceled the room I did not need, and I received an email from the hotel confirming the cancellation of the additional room. However, I did not receive a receipt for a refund, and I am still waiting for the refund for that room. Additionally, on the last night of our stay, we returned to the hotel late and exhausted, only to find that our room keys were not working. We made two trips to the front desk to resolve the issue, but the keys still did not work. We were then asked to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for the maintenance staff to arrive. When they did, they discovered that the card reader's battery was dead. We waited another 15 minutes for a cable to be fitted, but it did not work. After an additional 10 minutes of searching for another cable, we were told to wait for the box to charge. At this point, we were extremely tired and simply wanted to access our room. Ultimately, we wasted about an hour dealing with this issue. Fortunately, we did not have a flight to catch that night, as this would have caused significant problems.

Very convenient to DFW airport. The lobby atmosphere is awesome, fun for all ages!

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can hear a bit of noise from the freeway depending on what side of the hotel you are on, but nothing major. This is my goto property when I need to stay near the airport. You are surrounded by everything you need.

Loved this property the second time I stayed with my family.
