S'Hotelet de Santanyi

Temiz bir tesisti. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı iyiydi.

Santanyi merkezde bulunan bir otel. Konumu bu açıdan iyi ancak gece saat 3-4 te cam çöpleri toplandığı ve otelin ses yalıtımı çok kötü olduğu için gece uyuyabilmek biraz zor oldu. Otelin imkanları çok kısıtlı. Havuza ancak 1 kişi girebilir. Yatağı rahatsız. Duş almak çok zor çünkü su tuzlu ve akımı az.

This beautiful place was such a tranquil haven. Can’t wait to go back, everything about it from the decor, to staff, to food and overall peacefulness was magical.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel/ rooms are stunning and comfortable. The plunge pool and lounge area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon but I think breakfast was our favourite part - a beautiful spread each morning. The owners / staff were extremely friendly and accommodating … plus there’s a very cute wiener dog named Bruno as a bonus Would stay here again 100%. Gracias!!

It’s beautiful from top to bottom! This is the second year we stayed in a row because we loved it so much and the staff remembered us and were so lovely to us!

Location and good breakfast

The key system, needs updating, using keys to lock and unlock doors very outdated and I suspect a fire safety risk. Only having one set of keys is also unsafe, if I went out my partner us locked in!! As the tap water was very salty, a better supply of water and other drink options would have been nice, particularly as it was so hot. Whilst staff helpful, it was more about how we could help them rather than the opposite.

We had the most incredible stay at S’Hotelet. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. There was a mistake with our booking but Cecelia was very accommodating and helpful. It was not always the case that we felt welcome throughout Mallorca, but S’Hotelet made us feel more than welcome - like family. I traveled with my daughter from the US, and she was welcomed and made to so special during our stay. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect. We could not have chosen a better location or hotel for our stay in Santanyi. I have already recommended S’Hotelet to friends and family. It is even better than the pictures. We truly loved and appreciated our stay. Thank you!
