Centre of Santanyí and very helpful and friendly staff

Javier was a great host and breakfast was really lovely.

Spacious modern clean rooms, we had a private terrace which was a bonus near the pool. Breakfast service was exceptional with a lot of attention to detail from the Signore serving us. Great central location in an beautiful old town.

Although not major its nice to see whats going on in the world while on holidays when you go to bed. There is a major Lack of english TV channels, better programming maybe?

Phenomenal staff, breakfast, and location. The hotel is quite literally about 25 steps from the center of town where you can find over a dozen great restaurants. My wife and I will happily stay here again next time we find ourselves in Santanyí.

S'Hotelet de Santanyi was such an amazing way to kick off our Mallorcan trip! In the sleepy town on Santanyi, it is centrally located with beautiful facilities. Each room was artfully designed and unique. Breakfast was incredible each day. The pool was a perfect place to cool off after our beach trips. Our host, Uschi, was an amazing resource who was so friendly and helpful in her recommendations for our stay. She was quickly responsive in the messaging app on Booking.com, especially when we had some last minute travel delays.

I with there was closer parking to the hotel. You should expect to park offsite and then walk roughly 10 minutes with your bags to the hotel.

The location is great and super central. The staff was beyond accommodating! The breakfast was outstanding and left us so full every morning. Our room was very spacious and the daily cleaning was so thorough. The highlight was the owner being a tremendous help when our rental car got towed (I wish I could remember his name!). He helped us out so much with talking to the police since my Spanish is very basic. He even helped me bring all our luggage out to the town center to wait for my partner to bring our rescued rental car back. We can’t thank them enough for the amazing service and stay! We’d definitely be back.
