The staff was very nice

Booking. Com messed up my reservation and took 2 hours to clear it up after I had already paid for the room and for safety deposit .. Booking needs to Do better

There were no evidence of bed bugs and the location was convenient.

Where do I start… - AC made noise all night - window was unlocked upon arrival - pillows were absolutely worn out - lamp by bed had broken lamp shade - bathroom was had been touched up with the wrong color paint and looked horrible - missing sink stopper - light over sink had only one working bulb - remote control was missing the cover for the batteries - overall cleanliness was lacking- the place needed a good deep cleaning
