The stuff was never by the desk had to hunt for someone. There was barley no food for breakfast . The beds very uncomfortable 😕

Dirty, smelled bad, the bed was worn out and sagged terribly to the middle

The breakfast lacked. There was no yogurt, cereal, or jelly/honey for the biscuits. No liquid creamer for the coffee.

Ok. Guy in the kitchen was awesome!

Nothing. We booked online after a 8hr drive and tried to check in at 2pm. I was told no one would be at the check in desk until 3pm. At the time another customer was complaining about getting charged twice. I also in fact got charged twice as well.

The maid was telling guests that no one serves the desk until 3pm. The environment was dirty, it looked unsafe, I asked for a manager and she stated that no one would be in until 3pm. I asked for a refund they told me it was nonrefundable.

I the rooms were clean and comfortable and was within 15 min from work

They did not make up the bed the entire stay. The staff seem to not know how long my stay was.
