Price and convenience of property.

I didn't like that the check out time was 11 am and an employee entered my room by himself at 9:47 am and told me I had 10 minutes to check out. When I brought that to the staff's attention, the guest that was my immediate neighbor was down telling the staff that the same employee did the exact same thing to her. When the employee we were talking to about the situation was on the phone with a manager, I heard him say Sonny (I think was his name) is doing it again. AGAIN. So this is not the first incident that this has happened to guests. Not only did "Sonny" enter my room without knocking and used the/a master key to unlock my door and just barged in, he told me I needed to check out an hour before checkout so (as the other employee put it) he could get his job done and go home. The staff at the front desk apologized to myself and my neighbor - they were nice to deal with in this situation - no complaints with them at all. I was told that when the manager/owner came in the day after (my check out day was a Sunday), that he would have my name & number and contact me to discuss the situation. I never received a call or email or anything in regards to this.

Number 1, Hotel. I recommend this one for you to get a relaxing night and be very careful able . And the staff is very polite and make you feel at home.

Having a laundry facility but guest like to make sure their laundry stays clean.

This was a halfway point on the way back to Wisconsin from Florida. I should have slept in my car. The only positive thing is that the room was warmer than my car. The phone in my room didn't work, nor did the tv. I also didn't get free wifi internet. I called the front desk with my cell phone and the desk person said he would come down and take a look. The only thing he could fix was to reset the tv to search for channels. He said someone had unplugged the phone, then decided it was still connected to the wall outlet. The wifi he told me was a bandwidth problem. I retired from computer networking/support and told him the bandwidth issue would be on Baymont's side. I booked at this hotel because I thought Baymont by Wyndham would be a true 3 star hotel. It was not. So the front desk guy left and said the tv would be done finding channels soon. I'm VERY disappointed by my visit and gave a 3 because the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I thought I would be offered a different room with a working phone and working wifi, but that didn't happen.
