The proximity

The hotel was very dirty. We saw a couple of rooms that had bugs. There was dirt in the corners, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. Furniture and footboards were damaged, falling apart, and missing. We did not eat breakfast because the whole breakfast area looked filthy. The computers were down, so they could not give us keys to the room. They had to open the rooms for us, which means we couldn't leave without getting locked out. It was a really bad experience, and we will not return there.

The cleanliness needs to be worked on. The hot breakfast selection needs more variety. The key card issues need work. You're offered maybe 4 options. No bacon, No orange juice.
