Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis South/Greenwood

I stay at a lot of hotels due to my job and travel. This was probably one of the nicest hotels. They actually care about their service very clean and in a very good area would repeat.

Room was big and comfy Breakfast was ok

Staff was amazing!! Libby wore many hats during our stay. She managed the front desk and the convenience mart and the bar all at once. She was a ray of sunshine and kindness when we needed it most after a long travel day from Maine. Additionally, your location was perfect for our needs around Indianapolis and Greenwood. Cleanliness was perfect!!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the staff welcoming me warmly and ensuring everything was in order. The on-site dining was a highlight—the food was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which made it convenient to keep up with workouts during my trip. The laundry facility was another big plus, especially for longer stays. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

My new favorite place to stay when I’m working in the area. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and modern with a full stock of dishes and utensils.

I've stayed at this particular Residence Inn multiple times. It's ALWAYS great. I've even recommended friends stay there and their experiences are same. Nicest Residence Inn I've every stayed in, and as a Platinum Bonvoy member, I've stayed at a lot of them. Relatively new, still clean and functioning. Staff is great and very professional. Good location, easy to navigate to (now that most construction is gone) and surrounded by restaurants and grocery store, etc.

Stunning beautiful, clean room. Spacious. I loved the place. It appears new. Also the guy who checked me in was new on the job but absolutely terrific. GREAT PLACE. THANK YOU AGAIN MARRIOTT

Not only was this residence in in a great location, right off the interstate, conveniently located, but the property itself is beautiful and clean, and very friendly staff. We needed two rooms as we met up two different family members to exchange a pet as one was driving cross country. All I can say is we were able to get in our room at midnight. The rooms were fantastic. The staff was accommodating with our late check-in and the breakfast. The next morning was absolutely fabulous.

Upgraded to King Suite. Lovely room with all the needed amenities. We will be staying here monthly as long as my mother is in the nursing home.

Well rennovated hotel & the staff was exceptionally friendly. This is also in a location that's close to stores, restaurants etc...
