Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis South/Greenwood

I booked a room last night for some of my family and followed up with a phone call to the front desk as I was not accompanying them on the trip. The front desk was very helpful and made their check-in easy and they even prepared extra blankets and towels as I had requested. I spoke with my family members this morning and they raved about how much they liked the hotel and the comfort of the room. The Residence Inn Indianapolis South / Greenwood definitely gets top marks!

The location was perfect. Many restaurants nearby and a grocery store adjacent to the property. We were in town for a Colts game and it was the ideal place to stay.

The room was very clean and easy check in and check out.

We stopped in on our way home to TN from WI. We stayed in a king room which was very spacious, clean, and to top off a long day of driving a very comfortable bed. This was our first time staying at a Residence Inn but definitely not our last. Hands down better than the Holiday Inn Express or Best Western we stayed at on our trip.

Excellent hotel staff and helpful to accommodate special requests like a late check out. Always greet with a smile and breakfast is excellent too!

I loved the stay.

I had a maid walk into my room without any warning as I was getting out of the shower. I called the front desk about the situations and was offered a free can of soda for the inconvenience.

Stayed here with my family of 5 in the double queen room with pull out sofa. Included was a kitchenette with microwave, full sized fridge, mini stove stop and dishwasher! The room was extremely clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The breakfast was terrific with a more than ample sized area in which to eat it or take it back to the room (counter to eat on in kitchen). Overall the value was amazing. I can't imagine being able to find a similar hotel at anywhere near the cost of ~$200/night. One of the best hotels I have stayed in! As an aside, we didn't even get to use the pool and my wife said the workout room was great as well for a hotel.

This was my first experience with Residence Inn. The ease with which I could make myself at home and function with normalcy was great. I plan to stay at this lodge again, several times, this fall - and I'm looking forward to it.
