"Only use if no other option"

Looks like blood on the wall near the toilet, hallway smelled like urine, waffle mix was sour, coffee was watery, room above sounded like they were rearranging furniture every morning, killed 2 roaches.

"Comfortable beds, the rest sucks."

The maintenance manager is friendly, helpful, and jumped on any requests as quickly as he could. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Front desk staff has no people skills, didn't get a smile from anyone, no 'Hello! or 'How can I help you?'. The hotel has undergone a refurbishing but it was done very sloppy = baseboards look dusty (mostly just paint), window areas were not repainted and show wear, tear, and leaks, windows were dirty, repairs are half-finished. "Breakfast" (not many options) area has a juice dispenser that is 'Out of Order' (why not just remove it and add bottles for guests instead?), trash was not picked up often (granted the guests could have found a trashcan, but it is tucked away in a corner and hard to see). Will not stay here again.
