The weather was cold and the hotel had turned of the heating so room was freezing and nothing they could do about it

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade to a room a view to the river. Definitely worth it. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is a short walk away from the city centre. Would recommend staying here when visiting Linz.

This was a stylish hotel on the Danube and close to the town center. It's a very walkable location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and up-to-date. This place costs a little more, but they don't disappoint.

Overall was a very shy + (plus). I think that the hotel needs a restructuration at the Reception desk. The 2 receptionists from the check-in as the 2 ones from check-out (here less) where far away from friendly, "arrogant" it's a correct description. Even more I was disappointed to find out that the information from hotels.com "are not real" (i'm quoting the receptionists), so my room was not 90, but 93+ and my kingbed actually was 10E more, so overall 103+ (instead of 90). In vain to show them the reservation where was writen the room description and the price. There was no discussions and no understanding from their side. What to do in the evening after a long trip? The pluses that I'm giving are for the restaurant. The people are on the oposit side as the receptionits: more than frendly and at any point there, to help you no matter what. The food was a very good experience. So, for the restaurant 5x + The hotel itself (rooms, cleanliness) it's ok

The person at the front desk insisted that the price stated by the e.bookers company is relevant for a room with separate beds. I was told that if I want to get a room with combined beds I'll need to add more money!!! I found this demand as an unfair demand. Yet, I had to pay this extra money.

Good overall and I have stayed there 5-6 times. The only problem is that the better rooms are not available with twin beds and the web site could be clearer on this. In fact the web site could clearer, general,y on what rooms and conditions are available.

It was a good stay. Sort of pricey but all in all, it was nice. I'd stay here again if I had the chance and money :P

1) shampoo and shower have similar colors, make-up lady has missed shampoo for 2 days 2) the floor mate was missing 3) the overall quality was worse than my stay before

The hotel overlooks the great river Danube, and you can watch the river cruisers and barges. A river view is worth it. You can also see the ever-changing (colour) Ars Electronic Center, across the water. That is well worth a visit. An early morning jog down the side of the river is good, if you like that sort of thing. I do. And it is within walking distance of the city center and the excellent Linz trams.
