Front desk personnel was courteous, friendly and responsive.

Rooms have moist/humid smell. Shower pressure is low, and hot water is hard to set. Breakfast is cold )even what's supposed to be hot). Housekeeping and kitchen staff needs training and supervision.

Convenient and comfortable - decent breakfast - friendly staff

It is customary for college town hotels to increase prices for events such as football games and graduations. The increase of 5 times the normal rate was excessive
