Baymont by Wyndham Battle Creek/I-94

Canceled my reservation and didn't tell me. Didn't apologize or try to help.

Was told I could not have a room if I booked with a 3rd party as they were under construction & rooms were limited. I told them I made my reservation 3 weeks ago & had my confirmation & necessary identification. I was then told 40 people would be w/o rooms Friday night. I replied I just drove 3 hrs from out of town & expect my reservation to be honored. I will never refer anyone to this hotel. Food was slim pickings & not very warm. No juice, machine broken gentleman said. Jacuzzi had no real pressure for relaxation.

Breakfast. Pool.

Bed was lumpy. Floors were dirty. Bathroom was too close to the door. Sink and mirror were just inside the door. Ice machine was broken. Ceiling was falling down in spots. Overall old hotel.

Room was nice and spacious. Need more food options for free breakfast. No meat, eggs

Location was great staff was friendly and pool was open late

Hot tub was broken and the beds were uncomfortable my back was not happy

I will never stay here again. Upon arrival the desk manager fran was kind and checked me in early. The only room available was a handicap. I took a shower and was interrupted by banging on my door, then was blamed for a flooding issue. The manager zully demanded that the water flooded out of the shower, past the drains, through my room, and into the hall. This would be impossible in general. But impossible to happen without my knowledge. Instead of sending maintenence zully let herself into my room while I was in the pool & took a look around. When I went to the desk to ask a question about the TV she reprimanded me like a child. Asking why was my room so messy?! A complete invasion of privacy. I was uncomfortable & very pissed off. I've never been treated so poorly. This lady has no business in hospitality. She is NASTY! On top of that there was about 5 dogs barking around the clock. Children screaming in the pool....you can hear EVERYTHING in your room. There was MOUSE droppings in our room. I also didn't get my security deposit back because they blamed me for their plumbing. This place needs serious work & a new manager. I would like to speak to corporate.

Thin walls and loud noise from washing room

Baymont overbooked people for their rooms so I couldn't stay there since all the rooms were out for the night.
