Had 3 people for the reservation and there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths, ice machine broke, sink basin was cracked, bed was not comfortable at all( pillows were nice though. Had to keep going to the front desk for everything( like the bedding and pillows for sofa bed, ice and extra towels

We were on a road trip and made a reservation through Orbitz earlier in the day. Upon arrival (around 11pm) with two tired children, we were informed by a disinterested young clerk that the room we reserved was unavailable. I asked if there was an alternate room we could book, or if we could receive a refund so we could manually rebook for something that was available and she said that this was not her problem as we booked through Orbitz. She provided no solutions for us aside from calling the Orbitz hotline and gaslit us as if we were being unreasonable in requesting any kind of solution - room or refund-wise. She said we could bring our concern to her manager, who would be in the following day at 8am - hardly a solution for the night's stay. She then sauntered off to use the restroom, leaving us in the lobby to find a solution with Orbitz. The Orbitz agent was very surprised at her unwillingness to assign us a different room or process the refund; indeed, as she had known about the room unavailability earlier in the day, she should have been on the phone with Orbitz to explain the scenario instead of waiting for us to arrive and shrug off our issue. Orbitz processed the refund and we sought another hotel - the clerk was smirking at our tired family as we left. What an unnecessarily cruel experience for what could have had a simple solution.

"Wouldn’t chose this one again"

When we went to our room, the bed wasn’t made. I talked to the cleaning lady who didn’t speech English. She went an got sheets and handed them to me. While looking around the room I noticed the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned either. I went to the front desk and was given another room which was cleaner but the laminate flooring and tile flooring were not clean. Our tv control did not work with our tv so we got one channel. The safety lock in our room was broken and the dead bolt in our friends room didn’t work at all. The breakfast bar was Luke warm or more on the cold side. I feel like the help was eating more than the paying customers. There were no ice machines because they were broken. It was a 90 degree weekend. They had bagged ice but gave you very little. There was a leak on the first floor and then when we’re getting ready to leave another leak started pouring down from the third floor all the way down to the first floor. This hotel needs lots of remodeling done and good help.

I understand they have new owners and will be starting a remodel soon. But currently: Elevator has not been inspected, no ice machines, no towels available after 5 pm, no daily towels or maid service, Toitlet in room 301 just runs, reported, was not repaired. Horrible experience.

Rented two rooms. The bathroom ceiling was falling into the sink in the first room. The second room smelled like mold. A bucket was in the hallway with water dripping from the ceiling on the first floor. Staff was very nice but hotel needs a lot of work.
